What we do

Estate planning, handled end-to-end

Estate planning is rarely about a single document. Your will, your Lasting Powers of Attorney, any trusts, your inheritance-tax position and the administration of your estate are all parts of one picture, and they work best when they are planned together. We prepare your will and Lasting Powers of Attorney in-house, and for the legal and probate side we work with STEP-qualified practitioners, so the whole estate is shaped around your circumstances as one joined-up plan.

Trusts

Held in trust, assets can stay in your family and pass to the people you choose, including children or vulnerable relatives who may need protecting. Depending on your circumstances, a trust can help you keep a measure of control over what happens, and when.

Everything in one place, on fixed fees

Most people do not need every service on this page. A will and a pair of lasting powers of attorney are the foundation for almost everyone; trusts and inheritance-tax planning matter for some families and not others. We start by understanding your situation, then tell you which of these are actually worth doing and which are not.

Because we handle wills, LPAs, trusts, inheritance-tax planning and probate in-house, the pieces fit together: your will, your attorneys and any trust are drafted to work as one plan rather than as separate documents from separate providers. Everything is done remotely, so there is no travelling to an office and no waiting weeks for an appointment.

Fees are fixed and agreed before any work begins, and we are paid by you rather than by commission, so nothing we suggest is steered by anyone else’s product. The first review is free and carries no obligation. If the right answer is a simple will rather than something more elaborate, we will tell you.

Estate planning (wills, lasting powers of attorney and trusts) is not regulated by the FCA. The information here is general and is not personal legal or financial advice.
